SCOPE OF PROJECT

United Way Niagara needed a website that matched the scale and significance of their mission. Their old site was cluttered, confusing, and overwhelming for visitors who were trying to learn, engage, or give. Our job was to build a platform that made the organization’s incredible impact clear, actionable, and easy to navigate. We worked closely with their passionate team to develop a site that empowers outreach, streamlines participation, and better showcases the vital role United Way plays in Niagara.

We started by reorganizing and simplifying the site architecture, creating a more intuitive flow of information and using strong visual segmentation to guide visitors. Colour blocks and bold design elements help users quickly find what they're looking for, while clean navigation reduces friction at every touchpoint. We focused on making complex services and opportunities feel accessible and inspiring — not overwhelming — and built calls-to-action into the natural rhythm of the site experience.

The new United Way Niagara site is a tool for engagement, not just information. It’s easier to use, easier to understand, and makes it easier for people to say "yes" to getting involved. Whether someone is learning about programs, making a donation, or seeking support, the experience is clear, welcoming, and efficient.
