After nearly two decades in business, Shoppers Confidential came to us with a newly built website that just didn’t land. The structure was clunky, the content was overwhelming, and the overall impression didn’t reflect the scale or professionalism of the business. With their 20-year milestone approaching, it was time for a serious refresh, and a digital presence that actually felt like them.

We streamlined everything. The content got sharper and shorter, the brand palette got a modern glow-up, and the design was rebuilt to showcase services in a way that’s skimmable, searchable and structured. Long-winded service pages were replaced with clear, accessible content that invites visitors to go deeper only if they want to. This new site brings clarity, confidence and credibility to a business that’s earned it. We love how it turned out, and so do they.




We also took the opportunity to clean house. Redundant content created for SEO padding in years past was eliminated in favour of a smarter, AI-optimized structure. Services are now properly sorted, content is easier to maintain, and the site is positioned to grow with the business. This wasn’t just a design project, it was a future-proofing one.
